I enjoyed my stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Phoenix. The room was clean and cozy, making for a comfortable restful night. Breakfast options exceeded my expectations with real scrambled eggs, bacon, and even french toast. The friendly staff made check-in seamless, and I appreciated how they helped me with directions. However, I faced a few inconveniences. The gym had outdated equipment, lacking what I needed for a good workout. The shower in my first room didn’t have running water, and I had to call the front desk for assistance. They did provide me a suite with a working shower, but it was a hassle. The TV in the new room had issues too. the channel kept getting stuck. While the location was great and close to the airport, noise from street traffic was noticeable.

We caught an Arizona Diamondbacks game and explored the Tempe Center for the Arts. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. Plus, getting to the airport was a cinch with their complimentary Lyft ride.
Our first room had a bad smell, which was a letdown. Thankfully, they moved us to a better room after we spoke to the front desk.

missingWrote a review on Oct 27comfortable stayfriendly staffgreat locationpoor shuttle service
We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a fun outing at Chase Field for a Diamondbacks game. The staff were super friendly, especially the airport shuttle driver who gave us tips on local spots. The kids loved the breakfast options, especially the chocolate chip cookies.
In my wife’s opinion, the shuttle process needs improvement for families. It took a long time to get picked up after our flight, which was stressful with the little ones.

The staff exhibited outstanding customer service by preparing breakfast bags for an early flight and assisting with taxi arrangements when the shuttle service was unavailable. However, the cleanliness of the room was a concern, with reports of old toilet seats and unwashed linens, leading to allergies and discomfort during the stay. Additionally, the limited shuttle service did not accommodate early morning flights, which added to the inconvenience.
